I met Julie when I called a Zillow listing phone number and she happened to be the agent on the other end.

At the time, I was not yet in a position to purchase a home, but I knew that moment would eventually come. It took almost a year, but Julie stayed in touch. Over many months, she sent me listings, learned my likes and dislikes, and understood what I was willing to compromise on. She never gave up on me. I was navigating a divorce, and the thought of moving was incredibly hard and emotional. Julie was deeply compassionate, empathetic, and nurturing. Her calm presence and soothing way of speaking grounded me. Then, one day, everything accelerated and suddenly I needed to find a house urgently. I reached out to Julie about a home we had seen when we first met that was currently off market. Through her intermediation, I was able to put in an offer the very next day. "Purchasing a home, sight unseen, in a state I have never been to required an agent whom I could completely & fully trust. Julie Chace was that agent. First, she has a thorough knowledge of the subdivisions in the greater Greenville, SC area. Second, she listened to what are needs, wants and budget were all about. So, that meant we received listings from her that matched our search parameters. Third, Julie is an excellent negotiator, and we were able to get a great deal on our purchase. Fourth, Julie has an extensive network of professionals that she works with including lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc., which was a great help to us. Fifth, Julie has gone above and beyond our expectations by organizing painting and carpeting after the property had closed. "We have had a pushy agent before. One who we felt talked us into a house that wasn't right for us so we had buyer's remorse and wanted to move again in about a year. We were hesitant to connect with another realtor and then we crossed paths with Julie at an Open House. Julie is zero pressure, patient, honest, and knowledgeable. We had specifics we were looking for and she did not give up on us. We eventually found the house for us and I 100% credit Julie for making this happen for us.
